How it works
CamperFlip NZ buys used campervans in Canterbury, transforms them to self-contained standard and resells them in the tourist cycle. You participate as a co-owner of the project.
1. You choose a project
Each project shows the vehicle, target budget, return range (10–15%) and risk level.
2. You reserve your spot
From NZD $3,000. You indicate the amount and share type (Early / Pro / Black). We generate a unique NZ bank reference.
3. You transfer and we confirm
Your investment stays PENDING until we confirm the transfer (1–2 business days).
4. Documented transformation
We publish milestones: purchase, insulation, furniture, 12V, self-contained certification, photos, CarJam.
5. Sale and distribution
At the end of the cycle (~3 months) we distribute capital + proportional return to your NZ account.
6. Managers' fee (15–20%)
The co-managers charge a management fee of 15% to 20% of the project's net profit. It is deducted before distributing returns to investors, and the exact percentage is stated in each project's agreement.
7. IRD and compliance
We provide you with statements for your IRD declaration. No surprises.
